Ingredients :
5 whole Eggs
2 glass of Milk
1 cup of Flour
Cacao Powder
2 Bananas
Bunch of Walnuts
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon of Butter
Method:
Put into the blender all the eggs, all the milk, the Cacao and the table spoon of honey.
Start the mixing in the blender then add the flour slowly and gradually till the liquid becomes uniform.
Put the butter in one small bowl and put in the microwave for 20 seconds then spread the melted butter in the try impregnating all the areas. Then spread the flour around the try. All of this to avoid the pie gets sticked once we cooked.
Then add all the content of the blender into the try.
Add the bananas chopped in slides and the walnuts around the pie.
Put into the oven previously heated for 30 minutes in 180 degrees
This a really easy fitness recipe that everyone can do. If you do not have a blender then you can mix all the ingredients in one big bol and using the rods.
