Velvety Cucumer Pineapple Smoothie

Boring to eat cucumers alone or do not know what to do with them? Why not to make a creamy and delicious smoothie with them?

Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of Cucumber

  • 1/2 Pineapple cut in cubes

  • 1 Banana

  • Lemon juice squeezed (1 Lemon)

  • 1 bunch of Spinach

  • 1/2 cup of Coconut Milk

  • 1/2 cup of water (Fresh and filtered if possible)


Method:

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender

  • Whizz till smooth all the ingredients, about 3 minutes

  • Pour the mixture into one glass to serve.


Save in the refrigerator up to 5 hours for optimun fresh
